What kind of process can be automated?
The ones that today depend on people re-reading documents, re-typing data between Excel, email and the management system, or applying the same rules from memory. A few examples: quotes, reports and technical documents that build themselves from company data, purchasing and reorders decided on the numbers, answers to the questions customers ask every day. Does it work with the ERP I already use?
We integrate with the ERP you already have, without asking you to replace it. We work with SAP Business One and Passepartout Mexal: data flows automatically between the ERP and the new software. If you use a different system, we check it together in the free consultation.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the process, which is why we don't state a duration before analysing it. The method, however, is always the same: audit and analysis, a technical roadmap (typically delivered within 7 days), then development in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each sprint. You see the software grow every two weeks, not only at final delivery.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process: how many steps and exceptions it has and how many systems need to be connected. That is why the exact quote comes after the free 30-minute consultation, once we have seen your real case.
